Travers Ridge RV Resort’s Concept Plan provides a planned development consisting of approximately 106 serviced RV lots and green spaces that respect the character of the surrounding landscape and complements neighbouring residential acreages and developments. The Plan Area will be developed in three (3) Phases:
Phase I – 46 lots
Phase II – 39 lots
Phase III – 21 lots
106 RV lots range in size from a minimum of 50’’ x 100’ to 1/3 of an acre.

Board and Bylaws
A Board will be assembled, comprised of lot owners from the development governed by the Bylaws of the Corporation.
Annual Owners Assessment
Each owner will be subject to an annual Owner’s Assessment to cover the costs incurred for services, administration and maintenance of the development for the season (approx $1,000 annually).
Currently, the Resort has 17 boat slips assigned to owners, with plans for additional slips. An annual lease agreement and fee will be required for lease of boat slips. Boat slips are leased to lot owners only (no subleasing of boat slips and lease of boatslip is non-transferable).
Approximately six (6) hectares of land is dedicated green spaces. There is a recreation area with children’s play structure, horse shoe pit and sand volleyball court. A path provides pedestrian and golf cart access from the Resort to the shores of the Travers Reservoir.
Fully Serviced RV Lots
RV lots are fully serviced with water, sewer and 50 amp electrical power. Electricity to each RV is individually metered, with owners responsible for payment of their Lot consumption.
Lots are serviced by a community water system comprised of 2 drilled wells and a water treatment plant.
Lots are serviced by a communal conventional sewage system.
Only one RV unit or Park Model will be permitted per lot, which must be not less than 24’ and not older than 10 years of age at time of lot purchase (all of which must comply with CSA).
One shed may be built on each lot, not larger than 10’ x 12’, and is subject to architectural controls. Architectural controls will govern the building of sheds, decks and skirting.
No residences or permanent dwellings will be permitted, except for the future Clubhouse, maintenance shop and one (1) manager’s/caretaker’s security residence.
Occupation will be seasonal (May 1 to October 1 – weather dependent for start and close dates), however, RV’s may remain on the owner’s property throughout the off-season. A boat storage area has been made available.
Rules & Regulations
Rules and regulations with respect to the daily operations of the Resort will include such items as: visitor parking areas, RV site appearance, beach/dock area, off-leash area, garbage disposal, fire pit regulations, lighting, quiet hours, etc.
